WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our office is based in Beirut, and our staff of buyers and personal shoppers is located in Paris, Dubai and Houston. However, we have long cultivated trusted relationships with brands and boutiques the world over.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We prefer bank transfers to our company account as a primary form of payment, but we also accept payments by credit card. However, strict identity verification and additional processing fees may apply.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

We ship worldwide through FedEx. If you prefer to use a different shipping company, you can always let us know. All of our shipments are fully insured, with tracking and signature required.

HOW CAN I SEE ALL OF YOUR MERCHANDISE?

We are a personal shopping service, not a store. Therefore we do not hold any stock, we only work through personal requests from our clients. If there is a particular item you are searching for, please Contact Us and we will source it for you.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Our fees are extremely clear and transparent. We charge you the exact prices of the boutiques, plus a 15% Shayyaka Service Fee.

IS YOUR MERCHANDISE AUTHENTIC?

We source all of our merchandise directly from the boutiques and brands. Therefore, everything we sell is 100% authentic.
